About Us (Families of American's Military, our unsung Heroes)
I know first hand of the Sacrifices it takes to preserve our Nation's Freedom by growing up as the daughter of an Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, sister of a current Air Force Master Sergeant, and as the Wife of a Army Helicopter Pilot. Our long nights, lonely days, times of fear, hours of worry and seasons of stress are all part of being the Family of a Military Member.
I also know the wonderful feeling in my heart when someone goes out of their way to Thank my Family for their Sacrifices. The first time I received one of the “Thank You” cards from Dear American Hero (dearamericanhero.com) I was over come with emotion by this simple yet powerful message on a business sized card. Freedom isn't free but the Sacrifices keeping us free can be acknowledged with just a simple gesture.
Display the American Flag...Wear something Patriotic...Thank a Military Member and his/her Family...Show the World we are United and Proud to be Americans!
God Bless each and every Veteran who has served, those that continue to serve and all their families. Thank You for our Freedom and for keeping us safe.
